Bobbi Eckes, Director of Staffing and Recruiting

With a long standing career in executive search, temporary staffing and recruitment within corporate and staffing industries, Bobbi brings expertise in all areas of recruitment and selection for each specialty within human resources. Her scope of experience spans all industries in human resource placement. She specializes in executive search strategies and recruitment initiatives for human resource professionals. Bobbi has served as a team lead for THCRA’s roundtable committee and also serves as a mentor.

Bobbi has a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in HR Management from Metropolitan State University. She is a member of SHRM, HRP-MN, MNRSA and NAWBO and has PHR certification.

 

Nicholas Olive, Midwest Business Development Manager

Nicholas brings over 12 years of full desk recruiting experience to HR Personnel Services. He has spent most of that time as the lead Business Developer liaison and recruiter for a large National multi-faceted search firm. He has worked with the smaller and medium sized organizations to the fortune 100 company over the years and has the experience and business acumen to tailor his approach to meet his client’s varied hiring needs.

As an executive recruiter, Nicholas built a solid track record that made him an invaluable member of our team. His experience as a full-cycle Executive Recruiter in a wide variety of industries, including finance and accounting, IT, healthcare, banking and insurance, lends to his expertise in building new business partnerships. Clients valued Nicholas’ ability to build that long-term trust and his keen sense of understanding their individual business needs in finding those long term solutions.

Nicholas also believes in that personal face to face interaction in dealing with all of his clients and that is what has made him successful in fostering those relationships. Nicholas graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota and has a BA in Human Resource Management. He has spent his entire career in the Twin Cities area and has very strong roots to the business community.

 

Jill Kutilek, Chicago Business Development Manager

Jill brings a comprehensive background in all aspects of professional recruiting through years of working in a large corporation. She served as Senior Recruiting Manager at RHD, for in which she was responsible for full-cycle recruiting from the conception of requisition to the associates first day. Key successes included assisting in development of a recruiting training program to new managers, increasing > overall effectiveness of the online recruiting process, and initiating college and diversity recruiting programs.

Prior to her recruiting role at RHD, she spent 5 years as an Account Executive were she focused on acct. management and new business development using a proactive approach to create consultative selling strategies. Jill has a remarkable ability to thoroughly understand her customers needs through face-to-face interactions, on-site meetings, strong follow-up creating a win-win solution for all parties involved.

Jill graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BA in Communications and Education. She has spent her entire career working in the city of Chicago and currently is an active member of SHRM.

 

Jerrell Stark, Western Region Staffing Manager

Jerrell brings over twelve years of full-cycle recruiting experience to HR Personnel Services. He has worked in search firm, consultation, and internal corporate recruiting environments for organizations that range from startups to global companies.

Clients value Jerrell’s responsiveness, attention to and understanding of corporate cultures, accurate screening and interviewing assessments and tenacity in pursuing the best candidates that often are not visible in the marketplace. He has built a reputation for helping his clients fill the most difficult of search projects within tight deadlines and providing strategic insights into the employment markets within those industries.

Heather Ford, Manager of New Business Development, Texas Region

Heather comes to HR Personnel Services with a diverse background in Human Resources, Staffing and Recruiting. Prior to joining HR Personnel Services, Heather gained valuable experience within Human Resources as a Generalist with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and Human Resource Management and has successfully recruited and staffed for Fortune 500 companies within the Dallas, TX market.

With Heather's experience in Contract Staffing to Direct Placement, she makes a strong addition to our team. Her ability to listen to our clients and build lasting business relationships makes her stand apart from the competition. This, coupled with her acute knowledge within Human Resources has made Heather successful and a valuable asset to her clients.

Prior to joining HR Personnel Services, Heather worked for a Fortune 500 company as an Human Resources Generalist and for a Top-10 Staffing Company in the Dallas, TX area as a Staffing Manager. Heather graduated from the University of North Texas with an emphasis on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and received her Masters in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University. Heather is a member of National SHRM and Dallas Area Human Resources Association (DAHRA).

 

Holly Wegner, National Staffing Manager

Holly brings a diverse recruitment background including large agency management as well as corporate recruiting. Her expertise in full cycle recruiting spans all industries and all levels of organizations with a thorough knowledge of all areas of human resources. She specializes in national executive placements and national temporary staffing solutions for Human Resource professionals.

Holly has built a diverse background in corporate executive staffing and human resource management from her previous employments at several large New York companies. Holly is currently leading the executive recruitment team at HR Personnel Services' New York Office and oversees the recruitments for companies located on the East Coast. Her expertise in HR recruiting and her familiarity of the East and Northeast regions have made a significant contribution to our continuing success in serving businesses nationwide.

Prior to joining HR Personnel Services, Holly worked with the corporation Pyramid Management Group in New York. Additionally, she was a corporate recruiter for a Fortune 500 world-wide staffing firm. Holly is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She double majored in Spanish and International Relations, with a double minor in Business and Communications. She is a member of SHRM, STAHR, and NAWBO.
