Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR Generalist for the upcoming open enrollment season.  The successful candidate will be well versed in HRIS implementation, open enrollments, benefits, and compensation.  Primary responsibilities include the following: 

  • Open enrollment, benefits, compensation and management of progams
  • 401K auditing
  • Administration and implementation of new HRIS system including roll out of new employee self servce programs and networks
  • Interaction with benefits brokers and management of relationships
  • Management of employee relations and resolutions of issues related to benefits and compensation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in HR Generalist capacity, Benefits and Compensation
  • Strong fluency with HRIS systems management and ADP - HR-B
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite

Compensation:

$19 - $26 Hourly
