Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a contract Recruiter to join their team for the recruitment of non-exempt manufacturing personnel for a 2-3 month contract. The successful candidate must have 2 plus years of experience in the manufacturing recruitment industry along with experience recruiting non-exempt personnel. Duties include:

Full cycle recruitment of manufacturing personnel
Life cycle management of personnel from hire through separation
Administrative duties as necessary to maintain life-cycle of recruitment
Working independently to source, screen, interview, make job offers, job description writing and posting, and networking as necessary to ensure successful recruitment of personnel in a timely manner

Requirements:

2 plus years in full cycle recruitment of manufacturing personnel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to function in a fast paced high volume recruitment facility
Professional at all levels and able to maintain rapport with hiring managers and candidates
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Ability to jump in and take over the work need to be done with ease and hit the ground running

Compensation:

$20 - $22 Hourly
