Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Technical
Recruiting Manager for our client in a start up call center. This
position will manage the recruitment of the management team and the
high volume recruitment of 50 call center personnel to be completed
within the contract timeline. The successful candidate will have
responsibility in the following areas:
- High volume full cycle recruitment of management personnel and technical personnel in IT and Call center setting
- Management of management team and recruitment team to ensure timeliness of recruits within designated timeline
- Develop and support the on-boarding and management of new hires
and full cycle on-boarding process including benefits enrollment, new
employee orientation, new hire paperwork, drug screens, reference and
background checks
- Planning and development of recruitment strategies and efforts and implementation
- Creative sourcing, networking, and usage of social media and recruitment tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years full cycle recruiting for technical IT, Helpdesk, and call center personnel
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing a recruitment team
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal and strong organization skills
- BA in HR, Business, or relevant field
- Polished and business savvy
- Fluent in Excel and MS Office
- HR certifications and membership highly desirable
Compensation:
$40 - $75 Hourly DOE
