Responsibilities:
Our client seeks a dynamic and business savvy individual
for position of VP of Human Resources. Candidate must have 10 plus
years at executive or higher level Human Resources management with
attention to business, finance, and regard for employee empowerment.
Position reports directly to CEO/President. Responsibilities include
all aspects of HR administration, business planning, development,
execution, and oversight of all applicable personnel/policy and
protocol requirements for the enterprise. Individual must be able to
demonstrate an understanding of the necessary relationship between
Human resources and the organization’s financial and cultural
objectives and realize the strength of employee empowerment in
relationship to management roles and responsibilities with an ongoing
goal of improving the interface.
Requirements:
- 10 plus years of management at the executive or higher level
- BA in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Strong command and understanding of federal and state employment guidelines
- Strong employee relations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s in HR, Business or related field
- Plant manufacturing background
- Appropriate Human Resources certifications
Compensation:
$100,000 - $125,000 annually plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package
