Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Recruitment Manager for our client working in Homecare. This position supports the HR department in the recruitment of physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and other medical personnel to support hospice and homecare patients. Essential duties include:

  • Full cycle recruitment for medical personnel
  • Coach leaders in the development of high performing work teams and appropriate resolution of issues
  • Develop and support the on-boarding and management of exit processes and follow up
  • Design and develop programs to support our people strategy and core values
  • New employee orientation

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years full cycle recruiting
  • Background in Medical personnel recruitment
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal and strong organization skills
  • BA in HR, Business, or relevant field
  • Polished and business savvy
  • Knowledge of EEOC rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • Fluent in Excel and MS Office
  • HR certifications and membership highly desirable

Compensation:

$50,000 plus benefits & bonus
