Responsibilities:
Our client in utilities services seeks a seasoned, dynamic individual to
head off the HR department for employees from all levels of professionalism. Corporate culture includes diverse roles from
entry-level technicians to multi-year experienced engineers, and
challenges. The successful candidate
will have experience building, maintaining, and implementing the following on a
day to day basis:
- Full cycle recruitment and
full life cycle management of employees from diverse backgrounds
- Compensation analysis and
development
- Strategic benefits planning
and implementation
- Conflict resolution and
employee relations
- Implementation of programs,
services, and initiatives that will ensure success and results in a driven
and fast paced diverse environment
- Progressive and proven
ability to achieve results in business expansion
- Safety and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years progressive
HR management experience
- Manufacturing, construction,
installation background a plus
- BA or BS in Human Resources,
Business, or related field, Master’s preferred
- High acumen for business
development
- Excellent communications
skills both written and verbal
Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000 Annually
