Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and savvy Human Resources professional for our global client working in the Oil and Gas industry. This position oversees functions in all aspects of HR.

Support facility in transition with expansion and growth
Management of new hires, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and progressive HR responsibilities with regard to employee full life cycle
Management of all other general HR functions as necessary

Requirements:

3-5 years or more experience in HR management
Experience managing own HR department
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
10% - 20% travel required within states and abroad

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 Annually plus comprehensive benefits package
