Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Manager for our client on a contract basis. This position will manage the HR department in the following areas:

  • Corporate benefits programs and works on development of new benefits programs
  • Develop personnel policies and procedures.  Manages various personnel administrative functions
  • Monitors employee’s personal information, salary, and benefits for exempt, nonexempt staff, and oversees corporate performance appraisal process
  • Oversee corporate recruiting process and Affirmative Action Plan
  • Manages Worker’s Compensation insurance and safety program
  • Oversees corporate training
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding and consistent use of HRIS software

Requirements:

  • BA in Industrial Relations, Business, or similar related field
  • 10 plus years of HR Manager experience
  • Working knowledge of employment, compensation administration and personnel law
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and complete financial analysis
  • Willingness to work extended hours to ensure deadlines are met

Compensation:

$21 hourly
