Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Manager for our client on a contract basis. This position will manage the HR department in the following areas:
- Corporate benefits programs and works on development of new benefits programs
- Develop personnel policies and procedures. Manages various personnel administrative functions
- Monitors employee’s personal information, salary, and benefits for exempt, nonexempt staff, and oversees corporate performance appraisal process
- Oversee corporate recruiting process and Affirmative Action Plan
- Manages Worker’s Compensation insurance and safety program
- Oversees corporate training
- Demonstrates a clear understanding and consistent use of HRIS software
Requirements:
- BA in Industrial Relations, Business, or similar related field
- 10 plus years of HR Manager experience
- Working knowledge of employment, compensation administration and personnel law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and complete financial analysis
- Willingness to work extended hours to ensure deadlines are met
Compensation:
$21 hourly
