Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for a challenge? We are seeking a Recruiter to assist with high volume recruitment of customer service representatives for a call center. This person will handle the full cycle recruitment of customer service reps that will be assisting customers with billing and technical questions. The ideal candidate will have call center experience.

Requirements:

2-5 yrs Recruiting experience
Previous call center experience – preferably experience in hiring technical support or customer service reps
Experience doing high volume recruitment
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Exceptional communication skills

Compensation:

$15-16.50/hour
