Responsibilities:
We are seeking an HR Manager for a thriving industrial plant with close to 200 employees. Our client operates a multi million dollar facility that produces concrete and construction materials. The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources including: recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, training and development, risk management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Possesses 5-10 years experience in HR Management. Industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Works well independently.
- Demonstrated leadership in training and development of staff.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiar with local, state, and federal laws
Compensation:
$62,000 - $75,000, DOE
