Responsibilities:

A leading developer and manufacturer of medical equipment is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to fill in on an indefinite basis while the dept is in search of an HR Manager. This position will provide HR support in all aspects of HR. The primary responsibilities will be in recruitment and selection, succession planning, job evaluation/market analysis, employee development, and performance management. This person is also the first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, compensation, training and development, and employee relation issues.

Requirements:

3-5 years experience as a HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree
PHR / SPHR certification
Self starter with high energy and ability to function in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in Recruitment/Selection and Employee Relations
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Compensation:

$20-25/hour
