Responsibilities:

We are seeking an HR Representative for a “green” organization that provides a public service located in Woodbury, MN. This person will be covering a maternity leave and will be working with another HR Representative to support approximately 250 employees in a manufacturing environment. The primary role of the HR Representative is benefit and LOA administration. In addition to this, this individual will be assisting with HR reporting, some assistance to payroll, and any administrative needs as necessary.

Requirements:

3-6 yrs experience as an HR Representative, Associate, or Generalist
Experience working with a union preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Previous experience in Benefits Administration
MUST be willing to commit to the position for the entire duration

Compensation:

$18-20/hour
