Responsibilities:

We are seeking an HR Manager for a thriving industrial plant. Our client operates a multi million dollar facility that produces construction materials. The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources including: recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, training and development, risk management, and employee relations.

Requirements:

Possesses 5-10 years experience in HR Management. Industry experience preferred, but not required.
Works well independently.
Demonstrated leadership in training and development of staff
High attention to detail
Familiar with local, state, and federal laws

Compensation:

$62,000 - $75,000, DOE
