Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Corporate Staffing Manager for our NYC industry leading healthcare client. In this role you will be responsible for recruitment, interviewing and placement of clinical and nonclinical Leadership positions (VP and Director level firm wide). In addition you will be manage the quality and service excellence of third party temporary agencies.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build trust and partnerships with Senior Members of the organization and coach Senior Members in recruitment, staffing, and retention practices
• Excellent organizational and decision making skills with the proven ability to multi-task
• Healthcare or RN/RN recruitment required
• Prior successful experience recruiting for senior-level leadership position

Compensation:

$120,000 - 130,000, competitive compensation and benefits package
