Responsibilities:

A leading headhunting company in the heart of NYC is seeking to add several experienced Recruiters to their dynamic and energetic team. Our client delivers on specific mandates in Commodities, Portfolio and Risk and Investment Management personnel. Experience in these specified areas are preferred but not required. Due to the growth of this organization, there are 4 new openings to the Recruiting Team. The ideal candidates will be sales/goal oriented, driven, and confident in nature.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years experience in recruiting, experience with recruiting in the finance industry a plus.
Works well in a fast paced, motivated and fun environment.
Ability to collaborate with a team of young professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written.

Compensation:

$38,000 - $45,000 plus commission - Excellent benefits
