Responsibilities:

A leading headhunting company in the heart of NYC is seeking several Recruiters to join their team. Our client delivers on specific mandates in Commodities, Portfolio and Risk and Investment Management personnel. Experience in these specified areas are preferred but not required. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone who has recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, Finance (or related fields) and looking for a career start in head hunting. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, driven, and confident in nature.

Requirements:

Possess a passion for sales and the financial industry
Able to learn quickly and work in a very fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in microsoft office
Work in a team environment

Compensation:

Base salary of $32,000 plus commission. Excellent benefits
