Responsibilities:

      Founded in 1964, our client produces, converts and markets packaging and                 tissue products composed mainly of recycled fibers. Our client employs more than       14,000 employees who work in over 100 modern, flexible production units                   located in North America and Europe.
      As Plant HR Manager you would be responsible for providing expertise in                     employee relations, safety/worker's compensation, recruiting, compensation, and       employee retention/recognition. The successful candidate will have a                           well-rounded and broad generalist background within an manufacturing                     environment.

Requirements:

      BA/BS Degree
      5-8 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting
