Responsibilities:

      Our Client, an $18.3 billion dollar global health and hygiene leader, and their               trusted brands are an indispensable part of life for 1.3 billion people in more than       150 countries. Our client has been helping generations of families improve                   the quality of their lives, to ensuring the health of our employees and the                   environment. Currently, our client is recruiting for an Executive Recruiter in the           Atlanta, GA area to coordinate recruitment activities for global executive-level             opportunities, working with Sr. Executives of the Corporation to determine                 needs. Responsibilities for this position are to:
      • Initiate, develop and execute comprehensive, compelling global sourcing                      strategies that attract top executive talent, including managing the                              relationships with select executive recruitment partners.
      • Apply executive recruiting expertise to identify, screen, and present a slate of              outstanding talent for Sr. Leadership's consideration, shepherding the process          from initiation through offer management and pre-start candidate engagement.
      • Formalize and manage an Executive Referral Program.
      • Act as adviser to Sr. Management on all recruitment and selection issues.

Requirements:

      Basic Qualifications:
     
      • Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field.  Master's Degree preferred.
      • 3 to 5 years successful experience direct-sourcing executive level (VP and                    above) candidates.
      • 2 to 5 years experience successfully leading searches in an executive search              organization and corporate environment.
      • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
   
      Other qualifications:
     
      • Strong vendor management and partnering skills.
      • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
      • An understanding that executive recruiting dictates flexibility and availability.
      • Deep understanding of executive level compensation and reward strategies.
      • Thorough understanding of what motivates executive level candidates, and the          proven ability to position a corporation offering appropriately.
      • High level of relationship-based selling and negotiation skills—able to “close the          deal” with executive level candidates.
      • Consultative in approach with the ability to influence Corporation Leaders and            lead an objective decision-making process.
      • A professional approach that enables individual to represent the Corporation              appropriately and effectively, with the most senior-level candidates.
      • Cultural awareness with an ability to speak intelligently about global issues                while demonstrating sensitivity to cultural norms world-wide.
