Responsibilities:

      Leading Fortune 500 company is in need of a solid Generalist to assist the                   Corporate HR Generalist in a call center environment.  Responsibilities will                   include: handling daily employee relations issues, administer and explain                     employee benefits, maintain FMLA, provide assistance and follow-up on company       policies and procedures, along with documentation.  The successful candidate for       this role will resolve policy related issues, handle employment, participate in               training and development, and maintain the HRIS. 

Requirements:

      3-5 years Generalist experience 
      1-2 years call center experience 
      Strong employee relations skills are necessary for this role.

Company:

      Pharmaceutical 

Compensation:

$20-$25/hr

Duration:

Up to 6 months
