Responsibilities:
Dynamic, growing medical care center devoted only
to children is looking for a
dedicated recruiting/employee relations professional to join their
team. As an HR Consultant you will be
responsible to provide HR support for managers &
employees on
issues related to employment, compensation and benefits. The
candidate best suited for this role
will perform team building, employee relations,
performance management and training & development. Will also assist
with recruitment,
interviewing and retention along with orientations. Interpreting HR
policies, procedures and ensuring
compliance are also required.
Requirements: BA/BS Degree. Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in recruitment, employee
relations and employee law. Experience in a Healthcare environment preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel. Excellent communication skills.Company:

Compensation:
$35-$45/hr
