Responsibilities:

A world leading medical manufacturing device company, having received the Gallup Great Workplace Award, is seeking a HR Director for their Sales division. The successful candidate will provide HR support to the Sales Organization to include employee relations, compensation planning and administration, performance management, organizational development, training and strategic hiring. In this role the candidate will manage the succession planning and talent management processes, administer the performance management processes, conduct new employee on-boarding, and manage all employee litigation/dispute resolution. Travel as required.

Requirements:

B.S. Degree
    Advanced degree a plus
    SPHR Certification preferred
    8-12 years experience with significant time spent supporting a sales organization in a generalist capacity.
