Responsibilities:

      Branch Manager for staffing agency with 700 branch offices nationwide.                       Responsibilities will include managing an internal staff of 2 recruiters, managing         P&L and growing the branch through cold calling and regular sales activities. The       branch manager will also act as a leader and "go to" person for the recruiting             team.  

    Requirements:

          Successful candidate will have a strong recruiting background, including a                   minimum of 5 years in an agency environment. Strong sales aptitude is integral to       the success of the position. Minimum of an AA is required. BA/BS strongly                     preferred. Previous PeopleSoft experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office,           including Excel and PowerPoint is required.
