Responsibilities:
Strategic, results & solution oriented HR
leader for fast growing global
information technology
company with consultants in more than 75 countries.
Position is an integral part of the
leadership team, supporting Global Field Sales and 2 smaller divisions. Position will play a
lead role in transforming the
organization to better support the strategic business
units' needs including
leadership mentoring and coaching, sales compensation planning,
talent
management assessment, retention, engagement, effectiveness and
succession planning, employee relations,
team building, organizational development and
change management. This is a high impact position
with considerable visibility
within the leadership team and the organization.
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree. 10-15+ years HR Generalist
experience
working with a large field sales
organization including employee relations, compensation, talent
development, change
management, performance management, coaching
and significant
experience as an HR
leader. Candidates must have proven track
record as a
strategic business partner, strong collaboration, influencing,
communications and project management
skills. Ideal candidate would possess
facilitation, training and organizational
development and design skills,
strong business acumen
