HR Staffing Manager:
We are seeking a
dynamic HR Manager for our client in the insurance industry. This is a
hands- on position, responsible for providing strategic HR leadership
to several subsidiaries of the organization.

the recruiting and staffing functions, along with staff

payroll as necessary to maintain employee data and changes.
Corporate HR initiatives.
- On- line systems
administration (E-time, HRIS, Harassment Prevention training, and
implementing on- line performance review application.)
- BA/BS in HR or
related field desired, or equivalent experience.
- Proven knowledge
of federal and state HR laws; EEOC, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA.
knowledge of benefits administration, employment and HR
- Strong employee
- Project oriented
- Ability to
successfully multi- task.
- Knowledge of
HRIS systems, preferably ADP database.
communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong technical
skills, including knowledge of Microsoft
Word, database management, and Excel.
